Dreadlock Odyssey is taking every precaution necessary to limit the exposure/spread of COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. I ask that you too participate in these precautions.
Bookings must be done at least a week in advanced. Same day appointments will no longer be offered.
Kindly limit the number of people in your home. If you're expecting friends or family for a visit, I ask that you reschedule your appointment.
When I arrive, I will only bring in the minimum materials required for your appointment. I will ask to wash my hands in the restroom. And, as always, my tools will arrive clean.
Please have a clean, out of the way space ready for your appointment. Low traffic areas are preferred.
A release form (below) must be completed prior to receiving a service. Please print/sign or send me a digital copy prior to your appointment.
Both me and the client alike must wear a cloth face covering. The mask must cover the nose and mouth at all times. Please have your own mask for your appointment. Thoughtfully be prepared to take as many breaks are needed to be comfortable wearing a mask for several hours.
Additional protective measures such as coveralls or outdoor appointments can be accommodated upon request.
Being a mobile loctician is a wonderful thing. Traveling two hours to find out that you're suddenly unavailable for your appointment is NOT. In an effort to minimize disruptions to scheduling, a $50 non-refundable security deposit is required from new clients and existing clients who have previously cancelled without consideration. Appointment dates without a deposit will not be held. Kindly be ready to send a deposit when booking.
I, of course, understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. Should you not be able to keep your appointment by the time you receive your confirmation message, your security deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled date. Repeat cancellations and no shows forfeit their deposit.
